FAQs

  • What should I bring?

We suggest you bring walking shoes/joggers, Hat, Water Bottle and Sunscreen.

  • What shouldn’t I bring to MegaBuzz?

Please dont bring jewellery, money, iPads, mobile phones, electronic toys or any other valuables which might get lost as we cannot be responsible for these

If you do choose to bring any other item along, please make sure that all belongings are well-

    named.

  • Do you provide catering?

Morning tea is provided each day as part of the program. If your child has food allergies please indicate these on the registration form.

Due to food allergies, we ask that no food is brought to the program.

  • How will you keep my child safe?

Your child’s safety is of utmost priority to us. All BridgeKids leaders hold Blue Cards and have completed Safe Church training. Our Child Safety policy is available to view HERE

    Signing In & Out Processes

To ensure the safety of all attendees we will be following a strict sign in/out process.

Upon arrival, all children will be given a lanyard. This lanyard is their ticket to the program and must be worn at all times and brought back each day.

Parents will receive a corresponding parent card which must be presented at pick up. Without citing this parent card (a photo of the card will be acceptable), children will not be released.

We appreciate your support with this and ask you to arrange for anyone who may pick up the child to be sent a photo of the parent card.

  • How do you manage behaviour?

We are committed to all our children having a fun and safe experience at MegaBuzz. To this goal, we will be communicating to all attendees an overarching value of Respect for God, People and Place.

Where children are unable to adhere to these values and are putting themselves or others at risk of harm, we may request additional support from parents or require parents to pick up their children from the program. Thank you for your support as we create a safe and fun environment for all our children!

  • How do I contact my child or a leader?

For more information please contact the Bridgeman Baptist Community Church office.

    Email: hello@bridgeman.org.au

    Phone: (07) 3263 1950

If you need to pass on an urgent message during MegaBuzz 2024, leaders can be contacted through

the church office by phoning (07) 3263 1950.

  • Inclusion for All Kids & Disabilities

We believe all kids are created in God's image to be valued equally. We want to provide an environment where every child can encounter Jesus and explore faith, whatever their needs.

Please lets us know via the registration form if your child requries additional support. We would love to connect with you and your kids, and make sure they get the best support.

  • Lost property

If your child has lost something, please email hello@bridgeman.org.au and we can let you know if it has been found! We advise against bringing any treasured possessions just in case they do get lost or broken.

G’day Parents

We love to see kids grow in Christ and be filled with His love and power. Every week we put together gospel-centered, spirit-filled and fun teachings/activities for your kids, from 0yrs - 12yrs old (Grade 6).

Our passion is to join you in seeing your children thrive in their relationship with Christ and have great fun and friendships.

If there’s anything else I can help you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me via sara@bridgeman.org.au.

Much love and we look forward to meeting your children!
