What a beautiful morning it was last Saturday week, as over 50 ladies took up the invitation to attend the Single Mums' Love to You morning. There was a wonderful atmosphere, with an overwhelming sense of God's love as many of our church ladies served with massages, pedicures and manicures, facials, make-up and morning tea. The children were blessed too, as a team cared for them through the morning. These opportunities to be the hands and feet of Jesus and to share His love in a practical way have an untold impact and we're so grateful for the opportunity to welcome, share and cherish the single mums of our church and community.
So many helped to make this morning special. Heartfelt thanks to those who donated items, baked goods, helped to set-up, served on the morning, cared for the kids, and the team who arrived to help up get the auditorium ready for another Sunday. We couldn't have done it without you!! Special thanks for Jodi and Angela who did a wonderful job organsing this event, to Lyn and the catering team. How blessed we are to be a part of a family that loves to serve together and lift high the name of our Lord and Saviour.
