Becoming a Mentor
A practical course following a workbook by Rev Dr John Sweetman that develops mentoring skills useful for ministry and life in general.
This course provides the opportunity for people to learn and
practice mentoring skills which can be useful in ministry and in
life in general. Participants are asked to identify someone else
who would also like to develop mentoring skills, to work through
the course components over eight weeks. The course involves working
through a book prepared by Rev Dr John Sweetman called
"Becoming a Mentor" and will include two combined sessions at the
commencement and completion of the course as well as six weeks
where the mentoring pair will meet at a time and place suitable to
their plans.
